These piping nozzles with star designs are part of the basic equipment in kitchens and bakeries all over the world. They can be used to create elegant cream swirls on a Black Forest gâteau, or to make stylish servings of vegetable mousse at a buffet.
Needless to say, the plastic star nozzles are safe for use with food.
They are made from sturdy, ivory-coloured polypropylene (PP) and measure approx. 6 cm in height. Different diameters are available, so you can create swirled motifs that are tiny or very large.
Plastic star-shaped nozzles – incredibly practical
After use, the star-shaped nozzles should ideally be cleaned promptly under hot running water using washing up liquid and a nozzle cleaning brush. This ensures no residue is left in the nozzles after cleaning, which prolongs their service life.
